ASLI UNVEILS NEW WEBSITE
Engages iRepublics.com for e-Enablement Solution

(KUALA LUMPUR, Monday): The Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute (ASLI) unveiled its new website (www.asli.com.my) at its headquarters this morning. The revamped and e-enabaled website will now allow ASLI's clients to make online reservations and payments for ASLI's seminars and conferences.

ASLI President, Mirzan Mahathir, also announced that it has engaged iRepublics.com Sdn Bhd to develop and implement an e-enablement and interactive marketing solution. The development and consulting services agreement was signed between Mirzan and Ian Buchanan, Chairman of iRepublics.com Sdn Bhd. Also present at the event was ASLI CEO Dato' Dr. Micheal Yeoh and Leng Kean Meng, CEO of iRepublics.com. Sdn. Bhd.

"iRepublics.com has done a great job in the redesigning and revamping of ASLI's corporate website with quantum improvements in its visual appeal, navigation and user interface" said Mirzan who added that ASLI has also added e-enablement functionalities such as customer relationship management modules that will be integrated with its business operations, and an enterprise content management system to allow easy and centralised updating of information and website.

Towards the vision of becoming a regional Think-Tank, the e-enabled site also includes features such as access to ASLI's repository of research documents and past conference papers, the ability to service requests for new account openings and a web-based forum for discussion and exchange of ideas among selected ASLI's members.

According to Mirzan, this new website marks another milestone in ASLI's continuous quest to better serve its partners. "With the Internet providing an efficient channel for communication, interaction and collaboration, ASLI will increasingly e-enable its operations in the electronic exchange of business and operational information between ASLI and its clients and speakers" said the ASLI President.

Besides having both the qualifications and experience in delivering the core applications in a build, implement and host approach, iRepublics.com will also be providing value added services such as interactive marketing and branding campaigns throughout its network of over 80,000 corporate members.
