Having trouble logging in to your account?

Here are some things to keep in mind if you are experiencing trouble accessing your member account.

Member ID - Your Member ID is your domain name, without the www. at the front. For example, if your web site address is www.mycompany.com.my, your Member ID is mycompany.com.my.

Password - Your password is the one you selected during the free web hosting registration process. If your account was registered through a reseller, contact your reseller for this information. If you have forgotten your password, click here to retrieve it.

Reminder - You will use this same Member ID and password to access your FTP account as well as your admin email account.
